Anonymous: In the same position :( my advice is be his best friend, be understanding and encourage him to do things which may better his mental state like exercise but do not sacrifice your own well being either. Sending love ur way!💗

He hasn’t been feeling well for a while and apperently it was just another pne of his episodes where he felt especially bad.. it hurts to hear such things because it will almost make you think you’re the reason or you don’t make him happy& that’s the worst feeling. Luckily I know that’s not the case, and I know this weather isn’t much of a help for him either. My intentions with him were never to fix or heal him since I know no one is capable of fixing someone unless it’s yourself, I’ve told him and keep reminding him that I’ll be here throughout his journey to recovery.

I’ll definetly try and push him to do more stuff he likes since he’s been procrastinating for months now… maybe that’ll help.

Thanks for the advice darling& if you ever want to talk you can dm me 🌹💗
